This is what happens when you clean your M72 RPK in hot water. It shrinks down.

Barrel was chopped down to 14.5". Front sight pushed back to allow for continued use. Wood furniture cleaned and waxed. Cleaning rod cut down for the new length. Blasted and coated flat black.
