Did some wood working in the pantry again. Polish resurrection shortly after Easter. ✝️ this og barrel rifle showed up as a screw build on a kalash usa receiver with an ak74 rear trunnion. Luckily all the screws came out in one piece. I was able to rebuild it, of course, on a childers receiver with a polish akm rear trunnion. While the barrel pin was out, I tossed it in the lathe and spun it down a bit to smooth out the mushrooming from the last time it was inserted. To tie everything together, I mixed up a custom batch of cerakote and painted the receiver to match the rest of the blued parts. Cerakote has a smooth look and when the two paints I use are mixed, it shines so nice like bluing. Anyway. Happy Monday.
