This was the very first AK I ever built; 1976 Romanian, original barrel. Originally a screw build on a Ohio Ordinance receiver. There weren't many options for receivers or tools back then. It wasn't pretty, but ran great. For some time I've wanted to rebuild her to give her the respect, honor, and dignity she deserved. I finally ordered a receiver from you, and with a few hours of work, she's now a beauty.

The Romy kit was purchased in a time where absolutely every number matched, including safety selector and fire control parts, and all for about $100.
The Yugo is also completely numbers matching, but of course didn't have a barrel. I discovered I had a couple of virgin Yugo manufactured barrels stashed away. I used one of them on this M70 so it would be as close to original as possible.
I'm very pleased with the finished product of both these rifles; and I'm my own worse critic.
More than a year ago a customer sent me a kit to build with one of your Yugo receivers. I loved the receiver! So I finally got around to ordering a couple for me. I wish I could rebuild my other Yugos on your receivers.
